Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber", "you") and CastleTV ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the CastleTV IPTV streaming service, website, and all related applications (collectively, the "Service"). By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Service in any manner, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. Your continued use of the Service following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The CastleTV Service

CastleTV delivers premium Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming, providing subscribers access to live television channels, video-on-demand libraries, series, live sports, and other media content delivered over an internet connection. The Service is provided on a prepaid subscription basis — access is granted following confirmed receipt of payment. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or remove features, adjust channel line-ups due to licensing changes, and perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability. Access to specific channels and content may vary by country due to licensing restrictions. CastleTV does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular channel, event, or programme.

Eligibility & Account Responsibility

To subscribe you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Age requirement: you must be 18 or older to subscribe. Personal use: each subscription is licensed for personal, non-commercial household use only, unless you hold a current CastleTV Reseller Agreement. Credential security: you must not share login credentials with anyone outside your immediate household. Account responsibility: you are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. One account per person: creating multiple accounts to exploit free trials or circumvent suspensions is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these conditions without prior notice or refund.

Payments & Subscriptions

All subscription fees are denominated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated at checkout. Manual renewal: CastleTV subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew before expiry to avoid service interruption. Payment security: payments are processed by trusted third-party processors; CastleTV never stores full payment card details. Activation: access is typically activated within 1–24 hours of confirmed payment. Failed payments: if a payment fails or a chargeback is initiated, your subscription will be suspended immediately. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal viewing. The following activities are strictly prohibited. Unauthorised redistribution: sharing, reselling, or distributing credentials to third parties without a CastleTV Reseller Agreement. Public broadcast: streaming content to public audiences, venues, hotels, or commercial establishments. Content recording: systematically downloading or recording content without prior written consent. Technical interference: attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security measure protecting the Service. Automated access: using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service. Stream limit abuse: exceeding the permitted number of concurrent connections for your plan. Illegal use: using the Service in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Violations may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.

Intellectual Property

All content accessible through CastleTV — including live broadcasts, films, series, sports events, and other media — is owned by or licensed to the respective rights-holders. CastleTV acts as a distributor and does not claim ownership of third-party content. The CastleTV name, logo, website design, user interface, software, and all proprietary systems are the exclusive intellectual property of CastleTV and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and view the Service for personal non-commercial purposes only. No other rights are granted.

Service Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CastleTV disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement; any guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access; warranties regarding the accuracy or timeliness of content; and guarantees that the Service will be free from viruses or other harmful code. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. We use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CastleTV and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service; unauthorised access to your account or personal data; any content accessed through the Service; or any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service. In no event shall CastleTV's total aggregate liability exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the three calendar months preceding the relevant claim.

Termination

CastleTV may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required by our Refund Policy or applicable consumer protection law. You may cancel your subscription at any time by not renewing it upon expiry.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be referred to our support team for resolution. CastleTV endeavours to resolve all disputes fairly, quickly, and without legal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you should stop using the Service before the changes take effect.
