1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to, accessing, or using any part of the CastleTV IPTV service (the "Service") operated by CastleTV ("we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
CastleTV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, catch-up TV, and related media over the internet.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Access is granted upon receipt of a valid payment for one of our published subscription plans. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.
Geographic availability: Access to certain channels and content may vary by region due to licensing restrictions. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel at all times.
3. Account & Eligibility
To use the Service, you must provide accurate and complete information when registering or subscribing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, and portal URL).
- You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
- Each subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only unless you hold an active CastleTV Reseller agreement.
- Sharing your credentials with others outside your household, reselling access without authorisation, or using the Service for commercial streaming is strictly prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be used in violation of these Terms without prior notice or refund.
4. Payments & Billing
All subscription fees are charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law.
- Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless explicitly stated. You must manually renew before your subscription expires to avoid service interruption.
- Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. CastleTV does not store your full payment card details.
- Subscription activation typically occurs within 1–24 hours of confirmed payment.
- If a payment fails or is charged back, your access will be suspended immediately pending resolution.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You must not:
- Share, resell, or redistribute your subscription credentials without an authorised reseller agreement.
- Use the Service to broadcast, record, or publicly display content to audiences other than your own household.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, circumvent, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or download content from the Service.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your country of residence.
- Connect more simultaneous streams than your subscription allows.
Violation of any acceptable use provision may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content delivered through the CastleTV Service — including live channels, movies, series, and other media — is owned by or licensed to the respective content owners and broadcasters. CastleTV does not claim ownership over third-party content.
The CastleTV brand, logo, website design, and software are the intellectual property of CastleTV and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without express written permission.
Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Service for personal viewing purposes only.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CastleTV disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content.
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, server issues, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to minimise downtime but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CastleTV and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
- Any content transmitted through the Service.
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. No refund will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription period unless covered by our Refund Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
